What is the expected size of the pledge classes?

I keep hearing that PNMs are dropping rush after each round of cuts when they are disappointed about the remaining options. Are there more than 800 remaining PNMs?

Not sure how many PNMs are left now but each sororities pledge class is usually around 45. If there’s 15 sororities here (assuming they have a pc around 45) then it would be about 675 girls that are placed in sororities. I may be wrong, but I’m pretty sure this is correct. Feel free to @ me if this isn’t accurate

^ that’s typically correct, however pledge classes would be bigger if fewer girls dropped out during the process because pc size is determined by how many total pnms remain on pref day

I thought the standard PC size is like 50. This site is really ruining rush too

being in a srat at UVA > not being in a srat. even if you got dropped by somewhere you love, it doesn’t mean you can’t love the rest of your options and help build them up
