How would you group frats other than by tier, what frats are more northern vs southern, more fratty, less fratty, etc

fiji/beta/dsig/phi delt are all the nice soft guys and the rest are all the same

Phi Delt is really soft. Can't compare them with Fiji. Beta is somewhere in between
