how can bottoms do better?

Kust wondering but how can a sorority rise up? besides getting more involved girls, what other things help? good mixers, good formals, good houses? just wondering!

Honestly, being outgoing and proactive at making friends with guys in fraternities is a good way

There will always be some element of shallowness regarding appearance/wealth, but actively trying to make friends with guys in greek life is a good strategy

This is the year that bottom tiers could improve because of virtual rush. This has had an impact on a lot of other schools that have already had recruitment this year. A lot of top houses didn’t perform as well as expected and some mid/lower tier houses got better than usual pledge classes. This happened at VT and other schools in the ACC and I’ve also heard this from multiple ppl i know at sec schools. Top tier is still top tier but this process helped a lot of middle and lower tier houses
