partying

Is this a real question? ALL sororities have partiers and non-partiers.
None are really known for it more than others, though the character (stereotype) of the girls as a partying group could be discussed. Also, some sorority houses frequent certain fraternity houses more often than others. For example, tri-sigs are rampant at adphi parties.
There really just isn't a house that parties more or less.

Define "party". In or outside the sorority? Outside the sorority is hard to quantify. Within the sorority though, it's important to remember that almost every sorority here has (per semester) a formal or semi-formal, 2 to 3 themed date functions, and 3 to 4 mixers (not always a party, but usually with another frat or greek organization). So as a sorority, they all "party" more or less the same.
