Who are these frats

I'm from another school but have friends at UVA and I hear them talking about all these frats and I'm just curious as to who they are/why they have weird names. What's Elmo, Zete, Hall, etc.? Not trying to hate or be rude by any means, just curious because I've never heard of them before haha

Hall is Delta Psi
Zete is Zeta Psi
