Are nova girls accepted in the top 3

I'm in high school in nova. Uva is my ultimate dream school and I want to be in a top 3 sorority. Will I have a good chance? Or are top 3 mainly local Albemarle girls

I understand what OP is getting at given top sororities at southern schools do tend to recruit from certain areas. But UVA is a completely different ballgame.
