fall social scene
by: jwobviously frats and sororities will need to be careful and responsible in the fall if we all don’t want to get sent home or suspended. just wondering how they’re currently thinking about operating - no parties? small mixers? absolutely nothing? i know this isn’t the most important thing right now im just bored at home and was thinking bout it

I really hope they basically just take this semester as a break. I’m afraid even small things will get out of hand and having a lot of small things with people could still cause a lot of spreading if people are meeting up with lots of people at these small events. UVA has also limited gatherings to less than 15 people who anything that does happen would be super small and again still fairly unsafe. It isn’t just about following rules but it’s about actively doing things to limit spread and let’s face it, Greek life is going to have to suck it up if it wants to be part of the solution and not the problem.
