what do ppl think the party scene will look like in fall? like will they limit the number of ppl in frats/bars?? or will it be back to normal at your risk

Frats will not be having a capacity limit, instead we will be enforcing a strict send minimum. If you are unable to shotgun a loko in under 10 seconds you will be denied entrance.
