Good assessment, but I'd put Sammy with SN & Fiji. Yeah, they've improved a lot, but I don't think they've improved that much...there is lots of potential there, though

We should move down SAE and may be move down Phi Psi as well. On the other hand, we should move up Kappa Sig.
I think Sammi is good at where they are at.
Phi delt should be ranked as lower mid tier.

I agree that KS should be moved up, and that SAE should be moved down, but disagree about Phi Psi and SAM. Phi Psi should stay where they are, Sammy should move down a notch...

Why can't we rank ELMO? I don't see Delta Phi on the list of frats we can rank...

I don't know why everyone is ranking Fiji so low. They are at least top mid/bottom top. Sig Nu and Phi Society are about equal. There is no way that Kap Sig is the same as Sami, it's definitely at least lower top or middle top. Same for KA.

General thoughts:
Hall is cooler than DKE.
Elmo is in trouble?
Kappa Sig and SAE will always be cooler than Chi Phi.
FIJI>Sigma Chi.
Phi Psi gets all their glory due to their house and location.
Theta Chi is going to get a lot cooler after its addition.
Sigma Nu is very underrated.
Delta Sig will rise if it can pull in more pledge classes like this year's.
Pika is a ton of fun.
Pi Kap will probably stay where it is.
Is Serp going to lose its house?
I really like the guys at Phi Society, they're super down to earth.

Really? I always thought Hall was even douchier than DKE.

FIJI>Sigma Chi? Only due to their location, nothing more.

Theta Chi is just snoozeville. Cooler is impossible.

Sigma Nu is underrated, but they need to step things up a notch. With the house they have, their parties should be on another level, but they just aren't. Oh well, still fun, and def one of the better frats here, just could be much better.
