I like Sami, but there is no way that it's on the same level as SAE or Chi Phi, not to mention you completely left out KA (amazing St. Patty's party). Sami's definitely moved up, but not that much. Same for Phi Society. Despite how much you dislike, Kappa Sig and KA, they will always be top tier right under DKE and the Hall because of Eli Banana.

There is no doubt that Sammy has significantly moved up. Their parties including Barstool were definitely dominating. Their new location with bigger house/ mixing with some hot sororities also def. help them to increase their their rank. However, they are not up there yet. (I personally have friends in Sammy) It will still take at least a couple years (at least two more sick pledge classes)to be on the same level as Chi Phi or Elmo.

I didn't even know Phi Delt was up there. I know a ton of guys in there and they're all pretty chill, but I wouldn't rank them as high as everyone is. I just always assumed they were around lower mid, around Pi Kap and Sig Pi.

Sig Chi is definitely higher than everyone has been ranking them. Their house is out of the way which hurts them, but as far as guys go they're solid - I'd put them a little lower than Phi Psi because of their house/parties, but above Sami and definitely about Sigma Nu and Phi Delt. They're upper mid tier, and Sigma Nu and Phi Delt are mid.

KA and Kappa Sig aren't ranked nearly high enough, they're definitely top tier. And Fiji should be way higher - they were the most popular during rush.

Also, ZBT is last. Always.
