Rising First Year

Hey everyone, I am going to be in the class of 2024 and I am looking forward to rush. I spent high school up at Exeter but I live on Long Island. Which sorority has significant out of state representation? If there is an organization with a high percentage of Northeastern members I want to ensure that I check it out along with all of the other options. Thanks!!!

Hi Julia! Consider rushing Aphi. Rising top tier sorority. Officially part of the "Big 5". Imo they are very welcoming of Yankees. They have great philanthropy and really cool parties. I'd say they might be your best bet as a PNM. Best of luck!

Maybe! I respectfully disagree though. Theta is great but I think aphi would be more welcoming. Both are excellent choices though. Good luck wherever you end up :)

Wahoowa Julia! I'd also like to throw my 2 cents in and recommend aphi for you. I graduated a few years back, but am originally from the northeast was in aphi at UVA. I made some of the best friends of my life there and have a great job in DC now thanks to networking and from different events we held! You'll have a great experience wherever you end up though, you will love it here! Welcome to cville, and again, wahoowa!
