spe coming back?

kappa is gonna live in their house next year so it’s getting renovated, then SPE/sigep is supposed to come back. does anyone know how the colonizing is? sig nu came back strong but will spe? their house is definitely the sickest on mad bowl it sucks it hasn’t been open but will people want to pledge or are people joining underground already

SPE nationals has overhauled a lot in recent years. strict no hazing and no alcohol in the house. No parties as well. Whether that’ll happen is tbd

I know what you mean. I think the vibe is different from other “no alcohol” policies. I’m pretty sure this specific house is not allowed to have anything thrown at it. That’s just what I heard from SPE nationals I don’t know how it’ll actually operate or whether that will change in 10 years.

I hope so too and it is a cool house. Won’t have a hard time getting kids as long as the national doesn’t act too strict.

they’re very strong nationally so could do well. not using the house is a waste, don’t know if they’d ever bring back another strong national frat like DTD or Lambda
