is sorority rush hard as a transfer

hey!! so im desperately trying to transfer into uva as a second year and i was wondering how hard rush is for transfers. will the fact that im a transfer make me less desirable? im looking at some sororities i already know people in like pi phi and axo. if anyone has any experience or knowledge about it pls lmk! thank you!

it shouldn’t make you less desirable unless you’re already undesirable to the sororitys you’re considering. Then being a transfer 2nd year would exacerbate you’re undesirableness.

I transferred in as a second year and just got into my top sorority!! honestly I think when you rush ppl find you more interesting, I actually had something to unique to talk about when I first met ppl
