what is so good about zete?

Everyone on here seems to be talking about how well zete did during rush. Is this true? What makes zete so desirable? Genuinely curious.

Very solid group of guys, overall southern house with lots of out of state kids, fun parties and day parties with bands, good house, has had the highest gpa out of any fraternity for several semesters in a row

Highest GPA because most are OOS and have to have a higher grades and be smarter in order to get into UVA in the first place

As a girl involved in greek life here at uva, i can tell you first hand that zete throws the parties that I look forward to/enjoy the most. All of the boys are sweet and 10/10 husband material. They also have fun bands that must cost a lot of money. Sometimes i wish i was a guy in zete lol

They're one of the top houses based on most members having $$$ and past reputation. $$$ means they can spend some decent coins on a party.

Didn't they have a soy sauce incident with pledges a few years ago?
