2020 post rush ranks

Based on historical rank, new PCs, and what houses were most desired during rush
DDD/PI PHI/APHI - these houses were almost universally liked during rush, almost all the girls in my pi chi group rlly liked these houses, more genuine than kappa and theta
KKG/KAO - still top tier but on the decline, girls were quite rude during rush if you weren’t being dirty rushed, top tier houses but less well liked
DG/AXO - houses were also very well liked during rush and quite diverse, girls seemed very genuine and a good mix between academics and partying, actually seemed to like their philanthropy
DZ/ZTA - also very well liked during rush
XO/ADPI - nice girls but a little more hit or miss, some were a little awkward
KD - top of the bottom tier
SK - not as bad as people said they were imo
SSS/GPB - most girls dropped instead of bidding these houses but the girls I met seemed quite sweet
