If she lied and misrepresented herself, then APhi can remove her. Those are PanHellenic Conference rules. She could appeal her expulsion to Alpha Phi Nationals and she might win if they think she's solid 8+. But then the UVA Alpha Phi members/students she lied to could report her to the Honor Committee.

She's not initiated so if the chapter kicks her out, as they should, then she's gone. There is no national office appeal. Nationals can't make a chapter take anyone they don't want but they can prohibit someone from getting initiated.
