will steel toe boots be allowed during hazing?

I heard that "bows and toes" will be used a lot... I have a toe condition that makes excessive bending hurt a good bit. Ouch! I feel as though steel toe boots will ease the strain. To what extent will a dress code be enforced??? please answer this is somewhat urgent
