Call have been made but some weren't able to reach their targets. There is A LOT of competition during snap bids as the same girl weighs different options she has. The matching system is no longer a factor. Girls have multiple bids.

So does that mean if one girl for 3 snap bids and had to turn 2 of them down , 2 more snap bids would be given out?

Yes, and any sorority who still didn't make quota can offer COB bids after bid day if they want, and as soon as House Total is set any sororities under that number can start COBing as well.

I have a contact on the ISC who told me that the ISC is setting a higher total this year and ALL except 1 sorority are doing COB's, starting after syllabus week. I'm sure many have already started doing this as dirty rush, but this should give y'all hope. I've heard that telling the ISC that you are interested in COB can help and you should definitely contact anyone you know in the sororities you're interested in. Good luck!

If a PNM has multiple snaps to choose from and only takes one, do the other two bids get offered to other girls

Doesn't seem fair

You don't understand - snaps are few and far between and girls aren't getting multiples like you're imagining. To get one is to be very fortunate. If such a scenario did happen, any sorority whose snap bid was turned down could go to the next person down on their list. Each sorority can only offer so many snaps at a time - the number they need to get up to quota, and no more. If one is turned down then they can make another offer.

If you don't like your bid just don't accept it. You can then do COB for the other sorority you matched with during prefs. And sorority #1 you turned down then can offer that bid to another PNM

Not sure this is correct. I think you’d have to have dropped out or gotten cut BEFORE Bid Day to be eligible for COB. If you stayed in, got a bid and declined it, you have to wait until next Spring to rush again. Check with your Pi Chi to be sure of the rules before you do anything.

If you signed a card after pref, you agreed to accept the bid you were offered. If you don't honor that, you are not eligible for a bid for another year. If you didn't sign a card, the binding agreement doesn't apply.

Every sorority except Tri Delt and Pi Phi is eligible for COBs
