Where are the easiest and hardest places to pledge?

Elmo is generally viewed as slightly more intense than Dke and Sammy. But these three are in a league above the rest because most houses have cut back on pledging due to national scandals and increased administrative pressure. The moral of the story is that modern pledging at UVA pales in comparison to what it was 10, or even 5, years ago. Then again most of the known details of individual pledge processes are all hear-say. So the only way to truly understand what pledging entails is to go through it and sacrifice one semester for the sake of your house. If you're really worried about it enough to go asking around on the internet, chances are that you won't be able to hack it at house with a difficult process.
