frat rush question spring 2020

I'm a first year mainly looking at rushing a couple lower-top/upper-mid frats (Phi Psi, Fiji, etc.). Do these houses only take kids from dirty rush or regular rush as well?

about half the spots are gone to dirty rush kids those frats.
