second year rerushing

Last year I rushed as a first year and dropped before preference because I only got SSS, GPB, KD, & SK. I am rerushing this year and have some connections in dz, ddd, axo, and pi phi but not a lot. Will my chances improve or will people remember I rushed last year and cut me again? Is it easier as a second year?

I’ve heard it work out well for some re-rushers. But I think 2nd years who haven’t rushed before might have a leg up.

Really shi-tty of you to name those houses. I think you're posting just to be rude. If your question is legit, then you are someone who doesn't deserve a bid anywhere.

Hope it works out for you, but try to keep an open mind to all the houses. Every sorority has great girls and you don't meet all of them right away -- and the ones rushing with you -- until later. Go all the way through rush and you could always drop during the pledge stage after you get a bid and give a house a try.
