fraternity rush as a transfer

I'm a second-year, out-of-state transfer who's rushing next spring. I just wanna know is it going to be harder going into rush being out-of-state and being a transfer? So far, everyone I've met seems to be from NOVa and everyone knows each other so idk, I kinda feel like I'm at a disadvantage
