It’s true and it’s so sad that for real Alpha Phis national leadership only recruits women who look a certain way. Unacceptable.

Aside from just planning to drop because she feels the girls are so cliquey and catty——my roommate in aphi was crying every day in rush since she wasn’t hot enough to be on the “floor” so she was in an upper room. They match girls up based on personality and attractiveness— so their target pnms only get a specific view of the sorority.
This makes you feel like you get along with a lot of the girls—when in reality you only talked to 6.
She is dropping junior

there’s a whole letter from the former recruitment chair at michigan about it as their national policy. google it if you want details but be warned it’s pretty dehumanizing
