Y’all chose to ignore this last year when this all broke
It’s true and it’s so sad that for real Alpha Phis national leadership only recruits women who look a certain way. Unacceptable.

This is true but Aphi at uva isn’t very good at this judging from the looks of the members they are able to recruit

It's a national mandate for APhi that comes from the top and is overseen at the chapter level by regional reps. That policy, as well as the procedure manual that outlines how to classify chapter members and pnm's by physical attractiveness was implemented by a woman at their nationals who has since been promoted. Never has there been anything close within any other national sorority.

No. Not every national does this. ALL of the other nationals wouldn't dream of doing what AP does. Most organizations actually believe in having "values" and "standards" matter. Are some chapters more shallow than others? Sure! But, no national organization has a universal strategy to pick members based on how they look.
