dirty rushing

I’m an incoming first year and my friend who graduated from Uva told me the best frats dirty rush early to get the kids they want. Im out of state and have no connections, so how do kids like me normally get dirty rushed by these houses? (DKE, Elmo, Hall, Phi Psi, Kappa Sig, FIJI, Chi Phi, etc..)

I would say joining sports or clubs certainly help, that’s at least how I learned about my fraternity.
