frats

I am from out of state and don't know much about the greek system here. I was wondering if anyone could help me in suggesting which fraternity or fraternities would best fit the following: very nice/big house, great brotherhood, attends/throws really fun/crazy parties and decently serious about school and GPAs? Thanks

Depends where ur from in terms of the brotherhood ur looking for. Phi psi tends to keep up w grades and generally fits ur criteria, but lots of houses have smart kids and great parties.

well you're already weird for basing a frat off a nice house. every house has a good brotherhood and the harder the frat rages the dumber they are. odds are you're not going anywhere cool if you're asking on greek rank

There is a place in Greek life for out of staters
Kappa Sig/Zete-southern prep/private schools
SAE, KA- southern private/public
Phi Psi/Chi Phi-mix of northern public private prep
Dke-northern prep
Sammy-northern public
Sig chi-some northern public/private
