frat rush as a transfer

I’m a first year at a different school considering transferring to UVA. I dropped out of pledgeship with sig nu after a group of guys got us into serious trouble. What are my chances of getting a bid? Which frats do fall rush?

If you tell anyone that you were a member of a frat at another school, they will do a background check
