I overheard someone talking about SPE (the abandoned house on madbowl) potentially coming back, can anyone confirm?

Rumor is returning next year.

I haven't heard any thing recently but they had the option of returning in either 2012 or 2014 but the alumni and nationals didn't act on it. If they do return, they won't be returning to the house as it is in disappear and will require millions in renovations and should probably be condemned

Why did no one buy that house? It's prime real estate (if a new sorority, for example, bought it and redid it I feel like they would almost automatically become a desirable sorority)
