We all hear “trust the system” with frat rush Did anyone else here got dropped from a house/houses that knowing what you know now, confuse you? Like did you get dropped from a house you totally could have fit in? Just wondering. I got dropped from a house where I 100% would have been a better fit than the frat I'm actually pledging now.

where you went to high school could be a factor, depending on who you know in the frat and other kids from your hs rushing, etc

Yeah don't take it personally. For the first couple rounds of rush its very much a numbers game, a lot of frats have hundreds of names to sift through so a lot of it comes down to who they already knew from before rush.
