How does that work?

Doesn't the IFC have a fund to pay for guys who want to rush but can't afford it? Same kind of thing.

This isn't true. There is only the IFC scholarship which is given to like one person. The rest are chapter specific. If money wasn't an issue just easy like that A LOT more ppl would pledge.
