Tired of seeing women ranking women purely on genetics and family wealth. There has to be a better way of doing recruitment.

The real problem is all of us. We make comments on Greek Rank and in real life that make it sound like joining sororities that we deem to be “bottom tier” is signing a social suicide note. Thats just ridiculous! I know plenty of cool girls in “bottom tier” sororities and plenty of not so cool girls in “top tier” sororities. We can’t create this environment in which people are ashamed to join a couple of sororities and expect our sororities to survive. If you’re reading this and think this doesn’t affect you, think about this: as we deem more sororities “bottom”, more will have to leave UVA and your sorority could be dragged down to be the new bottom. Now for that reason and out of the goodness of your hearts (?), STOP making awful comments on this website and in real life. Thank you.
