what tiers mean

For all of you who get all up in arms about the tiers, I agree that there are great girls in every chapter. With that said, let's be honest.

Top tier: overall most attractive, goes out the most
Middle tier: mixed bag for looks; some girls go out, some girls don't.
Lower tier: Tend to be the sweeter, more innocent girls.

These are grand generalizations and if you really care, stop listing them by tiers and come up w/ a different system that organizes these generalizations. This is what everyone means though
