what makes elmo, hall, and dke top tier?

Best parties? Dudes seemed really similar to other frats considered med tier. Everyone at elmo was smoking as well.

Mid tier kids were likely weirder before/during their own rush process and came out normal/cool

Top tier houses get already cool kids, but there's sort of a cap on how "cool" you can be - explaining the apparent lack of differences between houses.

That and money.

Honestly its not hard to understand why dke is top, those guys have awesome parties...elmo is usually pretty wack and the hall only has darties

not really sure why Elmo is top they only get foreign kids who are still weird as hell but UVA fetishizes people with accents and if you smoke cigarettes and get lung cancer thats cool too

DKE: tbh dke does throw dope parties and always invites DJ's and artists to perform so they should be top

Hall: again Hall is just a bunch of rich kids with a big house at uva so thats why because girls love guys with money so they make it top tier. Guys don't care how much money u have unless you're in the hall

Elmo might be objectively the best frat at UVA. Wack events and cool guys. Best overall
