dumb question, but are houses actually open tonight?

I know it's supposed to be open house again tonight with all houses open. But is this actually the case because I have heard rumors that most places don't actually expect people to show up on the third night and that it might look bad? I wasn't able to go to all the houses I wanted to on the first two nights. Thank you

Yes houses are actually open tonight. With the game and bad weather yesterday, many houses are expecting first years to show up tonight.
