how time consuming is the pledge process?

In general and including 'hell week' how time consuming is pledging? Are certain houses more lenient than others? Do peoples GPAs usually fall or are they able to still have time to do work? I have heard there are things like mandatory study hours which may help. Thank you!

pledging is time consuming. Your GPA will probably drop a little but It depends on your time management skills.

Is this across most chapters or just a few of them? Do upper tiers tend to have more time consuming pledging and vice versa?

If you have to ask, you don't have the right mindset to join a real fraternity.

Maybe look at Pi Lame instead. Everyone gets a bid, everyone gets initiated on day one
