which houses tend to have guys w/ lower class bckgrnd

As a rushee that comes from a low income background which houses are more 'diverse' in this manner whether that be in the form of lower dues or just brothers that don't come from higher economic class backgrounds? Thanks

none of them. All of the filled with rich out of state people who's daddy pay for their dues

OP, try not to worry about those factors during open house. Most fraternities have endowments they can use to help subsidize costs for brothers. IFC also offers scholarships. You can always ask about dues during open house and judge how the brothers react. If they’re off put by the question, is that even somewhere you’d want to join?

There are some with dues around 700, and a lot of places can help you out with paying dues, but it’s gonna be tough.
