Best theme/outfits: Kappa (honorable mention to tri sig for having a puppy that fit it’s theme)

There’s a difference between quota and total. Quota is a number that all chapters try to reach for bid day. Total is another benchmark that refers to the complete chapter size. A chapter can meet quota but be under total due to members going abroad, inactive, graduating early, etc. So chapters that figure out that they’re under total may extend COBs
