Well, it seems that all the attributes you have to offer a sorority, including your self-awareness of your own "hotness" and clear perception of being too good for certain houses, combined with your vast experience in sorority membership selection, have all placed you exactly where you belong. kinda doesn't work out in the end. being in bottom tier sucks. Hot girls who got dropped just drop out of recruitment.

You have only spent 55 minutes at any one house. Most houses have at least 75 to 100 chapter members. Keep an open mind, and try to meet more members in the chapters that see your good qualities that would make for a terrific sister. There is a significant amount of randomness to this whole process.

Don't worry!!!! Houses whose new pledge classes do not make quota will give out "snap bids" almost immediately. COBs are given out typically in the weeks after bid day if the chapter needs more girls to account for deactivations/transfers/early graduation, etc. It's impossible to know who will be giving them out except the bottom tiers which almost always do

No, you sign an MRABA card at pref stating you will accept the bid that you are offered. If you decline your bid, or accept and then drop, you are not eligible to accept another bid for an entire year. Also, Snap Bids and COB are not the same thing. Snap Bids are only given out before bids are opened and are determined after the pref round and the bid matching process. Snap bids are given by sororities that do not have enough bids to match to quota. If you attend pref and rank those houses, you are on those houses' bid lists somewhere and will get a bid, so you aren't getting a snap bid. COB on the other hand (continuous open bidding) happens after bid day and any house that still did not bid to quota or is below the allowed chapter total may offer COB bids. Do not count on a snap or COB bid.
