2 types of sorority ranking

eeeeveryone on this site loves a good ranking, which must be why there are hundreds of them on here. This post is for PNM's / to clarify rankings in general. Typically, you will see one of 2 rankings. The first is the more "historical" ranking, top tiers being those sororities with wealth, connections, "Thursdays", and those who historically mix with top tier frats. Sometimes these steadfast rankings result in these "top tier" sororities having a level of arrogance to them which may lead to a cattier or less genuine sorority experience. To show PNM's rankings ignoring this history, what often surfaces is a "holistic ranking", based off of sororities' likability, amount they are sought after during rush, and general lived experience with members of that sorority. I'm going to post the typical ranking (of both kind of ranking) below, to compare side by side, and just have all the info. This said, rankings are still dumb and a personality type that is likable for one person won't be for another, join whatever house you feel most comfortable in, and you will have a lovely experience there.
HISTORICAL RANKING:
Theta / Kappa / Tri Delt
DG / Pi Phi / A Phi
AXO / XO / DZ / KD
ADPI / SSS
SK / GPB
HOLISTIC RANKING:
Tri Delt / Pi Phi / AXO
XO / DG / KD / Kappa
DZ / ADPi / SSS / APhi
Theta / GPB / SK
