top fraternities

What makes the “top tier” fraternities better than the others? Is it just history and mixing with better looking sororities?

Greeklife here is a caste system of perceived wealth and connections. It is not dynamic and there is little movement. IMO the best traditional fraternities are the middle tier. They actually work at being better and cannot rest on their reputations to keep their status. They have more healthy competition.

nothing to do with looks. Has to do with if you're foreign or from the north east or give off the vibe u have lots of money
