How do guys who don’t have any connections here start meeting brothers at different houses before rush actually starts?

Grow your hair out, be white, wear a hat so your hair comes out the side then tell people you're from either a random private school in the North East, Deerfield academy, somewhere in South America/england or California. Insta bid.
