I know nothing about Zete some tell me what tier and anything about them

Traditionally "Top Tier" so their parties will mostly consist of girls in "top tier" sororitys, and their lists will reflect that as well. They associate with Kappa Sig as far as frats go. However, they are weirdly off the radar and don't ever throw huge parties, and have had some random hazing incidents in the past. I haven't heard of many sororities even mixing with them.

idk dude they literally say they are "top tier" yet do absolutely nothing. UVA is obsessed with history so even if they suck, historically they will always be top tier

They are basically an annex for Kappa Sig guys who didn't get bid to Kappa Sig due to grades
