This rank is more traditional with consideration for social presence beyond parties, like drinking society membership and historical / alumni relevance.
Switches among the groupings are debatable, using that like slashes.
Frats:
DKE - Darties, late nights, eli/tilka
Elmo - Go hard. Wealthy, "diverse," eli/tilka
Hall - Loaded. Best darties. tilka
Zete - late nights. sick. eli
Kappa Sig - off the grid lately, southern. eli
Chi Phi - tall guys. next to the top frat (serp)
KA - paddys. lowkey/spontaneous. eli
SAE - good darties. mixers.
Phi Psi - that big house with the lacrosse sticks
Fiji - tailgates. first years. probably know how to make really good salad
Sig Chi - most likely to wear concealer. nice house but far
PiKA - wild. will be dope when their house is fixed. tilka
Sammy - New Yorkers. go pretty hard allegedly.
Beta - I tripped walking by beta but the softness cushioned me
Phi Society - lol jk
Sororities:
Tridelt - hot, most fun, chill, partiers.
Pi Phi - hot, chillest, also fun
Kappa - southern, rich, good looking.
Theta - most likely to uber to class

AXO - outgoing, fun and diverse

DZ - haven't met one that wasn't cool
ADPi - cute girls. classy.

SSS - might be my personal favorite of this row
Gphi - I am a guy I don't know a lot about every sorority take this half of the rankings with a grain of salt I guess

Okay more facts though. I just want to add for any first years reading this -- rankings don't matter at the end of the day. Sure, it is interesting to rank and it'll happen inevitably. But it is not a constant and it doesn't really matter in the big picture. If something appears negative in my post, understand it's just banter. Houses might naturally have running beef or whatever but it doesn't prevent friendships from happening, etc etc.
If you rush, go where you feel at home and like the people, not based off of something you read in my post.
