xo def has biggest and best house for their apartments... and they’re closest to the corner. Although Chancellor isn’t as good as Madison

Adpi has the cute swings and porch/ walkway which is gorgeous and tri delt’s House is HUGE and so nice those are typically people’s favorite houses on grounds. Also DG has a super nice entryway. Worst houses are probs ZTA and SSS. But it’s all a matter of opinion

Cutest interior - Chi O. I remember going in there during rush and being totally blown away by how nice and put together the house seemed. They obviously have a great location too.
Cutest exterior - GPhi. I like that it's different from the usual brick/white pillar look that you see in Southern sorority houses/frats. Their location seems meh - not close, but not super far. I heard the house just got completely renovated, so I'm sure the inside is nicer than when I was there for rush.

No one really has a bad house; even Kappa, bc they have the oldest house, is getting a new renovation soon. I think SSS and APhi have gorgeous exteriors; ADPi looks super majestic bc it has the most land and has an enormous downstairs; Chi O and KD are super cute inside; DZ is huge; Tri Delt has two houses lol. But really they’re all beautiful and cozy :-)

I’ve been in the Kappa house several times and it’s beautiful, very...roomy with gorgeous furniture. It’s not brand new, but their alums really keep it up—as do MANY sorority alum groups.
