has zbt returned to their old house?

I noticed the old ZBT house on Rugby has a new paint job and bushes in the front. Will ZBT take their old house back now that they're recolonized or is this just student housing? I saw a guy go in over the summer

For next year, it is a satellite house for Beta where the brothers can drink, away from their dry house next to the bridge.
