mid tier frat rush

What's up people. I'm coming to uva next year and people from my high school don't usually go to uva so I won't even bother with the top dogs. I've been partying since 9th grade, and I want to avoid soft guys who were bookworms in high school and showed up here acting like they rage... Where should I look? Don't care about geography, just want to find some bros to drink with, who act like they've been there before. Also I'll want some decent girls around, but I like most women lol. Expect downvotes but would appreciate some advice.

Everyone I know in top houses didn't know a single person at the university here. Upper Middle and middle tier houses tend to take lots of in-state or "know you from home" kids. The three top tier houses (DKE,ELMO,HALL) manage to get the best kids period regardless of connections, so don't count them out. As far as where you should go - ATO. THAT place is ELITE.

Bc "big" national fraternities don't have any advantage at UVA. Here the fraternities are smaller in membership and more like private clubs like at the Ivy league schools

No one here wants to be part of anything like FSU Pike or those SEC frats with 200 members.
