why are theta and kappa considered “top”?

Just curious... they have absolutely no attributes of a top tier sorority...

The only people that think theta and kappa are top sororitys at UVA are theta and kappa.

Saying "most frats won't put them on lists" is pretty irrelevant because they're on the list of every top frat, which are the only ones they actually try to associate with. Definitely think some of them are brutal to be around though.

I agree theta and kappa girls have none of the qualities that you’d find in a top tier sorority at any other school. They are just extremely selective, based mostly on wealth and where they went to high school, so they are traditionally considered top. They’re not very well liked or respected by the general UVA population though.
