"top" tiers that control ISC don't want Phi Mu to come back to UVA because the "top" are pretty happy with the status system they dominate. It would be hard to bully Phi Mu like they do with SSS and others.

They are afraid of market disruption.

There’s no bullying allowed in the ISC, especially not against SSS. Everyone is prettt pleased with how they’ve done their first few years back at UVA!

Phi Mu could recruit a founding class of 40 of second and third years in the first semester, maybe fall. Probably half of these women would be former PNMs who dropped before the final matching process and the other half would be women who never rushed.

OFSL decides when to open for new colonization / recolonization. I'm pretty involved and to tell you the truth I don't see that happening as long as the lower houses are disrespected so much here. Their first priority is to get all the chapters doing well then invite in another group. it's not going to happen with the stuff I read on here. No university wants a group of mean girls deciding who is welcome.
