Because they try to be picky about their girls, but end up having to beg girls to join because they lost SO many good ones to zeta, ADPi, and SK this year

Not yet. Sometime next year, the ISC will start taking proposals for national orgs regarding a new chapter to be brought on Grounds. Not totally sure how long that process will take, but I'm guessing a new chapter will start around 2019.

There's more than 20% of PNMs who don't join, so there's a big opportunity for Phi Mu.

Assuming the ISC and dean rogaine don't block a new sorority because they want to boost Tri Sig numbers or hold a place for Sdt

ISC was already planning to bring a new sorority on grounds before SDT decided to close.

The isc is totally content with tri sig right now, they hit quota. If anything I think that’s encouraging the isc to add another chapter to grounds. Unfortunately we’ll either get Sig Delt back in a few years to try again or a new sorority. Doesn’t seem like both will be happening in the near future

Whoever thinks there’s something magical about Phi Mu needs to stop. Every school puts its own stamp on a sorority; there’s nothing better about them than any other sorority. ISC will give SDT time

How many years has SDT "had" and what gives them the right to restrict the marketplace for several more years?

This is not a marketplace. You seem to treat it like a meat market though. Kind humans are in SDT and when a nicer bunch of women get to UVA and don’t care about superficial crap, they’ll be on track with the number of members they need to be ok financially
