new pcs

I have read several posts/comments on here about how certain frats' and sororities' new PCs are "bad"... what is this based on? Just looks?

pretty much just looks, especially just after rush. Other than that size - yields were smaller this year

Looks, size, and frats opinions of them after the first few mixers, awk mixer = "bad" pc comments sad but true
